    To those critics who are so pessimistic about our economy, I say don't be economic girlie men (Arnie). I wouldn't put him in charge of the tea kitty at the Smethwick Branch library!

    Not sure that it isn't motivates by economic reasons, rather than pedagogical ones. And I also don't believe he'll save any money by going on-line.

    That leaves a publicity stunt as the most likely explanation.
